Drunk Disturbance--Local worker reported that he was being harassed by an intoxicated coworker.  Complainant stated that he had already reported an incident to his employer but they have not done anything to resolve it.  Officers advised suspect not to have contact with complainant or he could be charged with harassment.

Harassment—Man went into a women’s restroom and touched a female on the shoulder.  Investigation revealed that the man’s dorm was located right next to the women’s restroom and he said that he identified with the female gender.  Man was advised that he needs to use men’s restroom.

Fraud—Local grocery store reported that an unknown customer used a fake $20 bill to purchase items from the store.  Complainant stated that they were looking into which cashier accepted the counterfeit money.

Fraud—An individual believed that she had become a victim of fraud after trying to pay a bill with one of the local businesses after a representative asked her for unnecessary information. The business is currently looking into which representative asked for this info.

Release Condtions—Savanna Kochuten, 39 yoa, was arrested for violation conditions of release when she was observed to be under the influence of alcohol. Previous conditions of release for Kochuten stated that she was not to consume alcohol or enter any establishments in which alcohol is sold.

Welfare Check—A welfare check was requested after an individual failed to pick up her kids from school and had not responded to calls or texts about the children. The individual was later found to be safe, sleeping in her home.

Suspicious Person/Activity—Patrol Sergeant observed a vehicle with several white exterior lights illuminated.  A security check in the area of the vehicle observed no people, but instead a stealthy rat scampered in the direction of a garbage-filled dumpster.
