Suspicious Person/Activity—Officers responded to a vehicle that had been reported speeding. Officers located the vehicle and warned the driver about speeding. The caller later reported he believed the vehicle in question had hit another vehicle and fled the scene. There was no evidence to support this claim.

Officers discovered the driver to be intoxicated, however received an emergency call before an arrest was made. The passenger was observed to take over driving the vehicle upon the officers request.
