To apply for any job opening, a completed City of Unalaska Employment Application is required. If you are applying for more than one job, separate applications are required for each position. We also request that you complete the Application Data Record, though this is not required.
If you are applying for a position as a police or corrections officer, the applicable Personal History Statement is also required.
If you are applying for a position that requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a completed CDL Supplemental Application is required.
A resume is not acceptable as a replacement for the City of Unalaska Employment Application.
The application and other forms, if applicable, must be returned to the Human Resources Department on or before the closing date. If the application is faxed or emailed, the original signed documents must also be sent by regular U.S. Mail.
