12/11/16              Sun        2030       Traffic Crime – Officer issued a warning for an expired license.

12/12/16              Mon      0901       Assistance Rendered – Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle.

12/12/16              Mon      1034       Environmental – Fire Officers assisted in doing a gas meter reading of the powerhouse. Nothing was found to be out of the ordinary.

12/12/16              Mon      1053       Theft – Caller reported the theft of several power tools from his storage container. Investigation continues.

12/13/16              Tue        0223       Domestic Disturbance – Officers responded to a report of a couple arguing in the parking lot of a local hotel. The two were contacted and it was determined that nothing of a criminal nature occurred. Both returned to their room.

12/13/16              Tue        1436       Suspicious Person/Activity – Officers contacted the occupants of a motorhome after receiving a report of suspicious activity. The occupants were uncooperative and nothing illegal was observed.

12/13/16              Tue        1439       Fire Safety – A fire code compliance check was conducted of the City Library.

12/13/16              Tue        1536       Assistance Rendered – Officers assisted a disabled vehicle.

12/13/16              Tue        1813       Traffic Crime – Officers contacted the driver of a vehicle for operating without headlights. Lance Fredericks, 29 yoa, cited for DWLS and Expired Registration.

12/14/16              Wed      0934       Ambulance Request – EMS responded to assist with an 85 yo male who was unconscious.

12/14/16              Wed      0956       Assistance Rendered – Officers assisted with an EMS call.

12/14/16              Wed      1040       Forgery – Officers recovered a counterfeit $100 bill from Safeway.

12/14/16              Wed      1048       Forgery - Officers recovered three counterfeit $20 bills from Key Bank.

12/14/16              Wed      1118       Assistance Rendered – Caller requested assistance in contacting his former employer concerning property at the worksite.

12/14/16              Wed      1358       Assist Other Agency – Officers assisted with a probation check.

12/14/16              Wed      1515       Traffic Crime – Two vehicles towed from the Airport parking lot for being left over the signed time.

12/15/16              Thu        1120       Assistance Rendered – Caller reported flying debris caused by high winds had nearly hit her car. The responsible person for the debris was contacted.

12/15/16              Thu        1153       Noise Disturbance – Caller reported that his neighbors wind turbines were disturbing him. Based on the time of day and the amount of noise being produced by the turbines, it was determined that there was nothing unreasonable about the noise level.

12/15/16              Thu        1333       MVA-Damage – Officers investigated a minor fender bender accident.

12/15/16              Thu        1552       Suspicious Person/Activity – Caller reported suspicious behavior from a person who contacted her in regards to buying crab pots.

12/15/16              Thu        1902       Traffic Crime – Officer stopped a vehicle for erratic driving and discovered the driver had an expired license. Daylen Luff, 32 yoa, issued a citation.

12/15/16              Thu        1937       Traffic Roads – Officers removed debris from the roadway.

12/15/16              Thu        2148       Welfare Check – Officers received information of a possible domestic assault from an individual who read about it on Facebook. The officers contacted involved individuals and determined that although there was a disagreement, nothing of a criminal nature occurred.

12/15/16              Thu        2228       Release Conditions – Caller reported an individual he believed to be under court ordered conditions of release was violating these conditions. The caller gave a vague description and was unable to positively identify the suspect.

12/16/16              Fri           0532       Environmental – Officer discovered a utility box had blown open. The appropriate agency was contacted.

12/16/16              Fri           1333       Domestic Disturbance – Caller reported witnessing a domestic assault. Officers responded to the location. Nicholas Hough, 30 yoa, arrested for DV Assault 4th degree.

12/16/16              Fri           1455       Assistance Rendered – Caller requested to trespass two individuals from his motorhome and his property. He then changed his mind and wanted them just trespassed from his property. He changed his mind a third time and didn’t want any action taken at this time.

12/17/16              Sat          0133       Public Safety – A category 1 travel advised was initiated due to icy road conditions.

12/17/16              Sat          0600       Traffic Roads – Road’s Chief advised of icy road conditions.

12/17/16              Sat          1919       Domestic Disturbance - Caller requested assistance with her adult daughter who was being aggressive. No criminal behavior was found to have occurred. The domestic violence laws were explained to all involved.

12/17/16              Sat          2028       Public Safety – Caller reported icy road conditions. Officers confirmed this observation and advised the Road’s Chief.

12/17/16              Sat          2129       Security Check Request – Caller requested a security check of a local business. Nothing untoward was found.
