Harmon “Danny” Fisher Arrest; 12 June 2017

 

Unalaska, AK –

A months-long undercover investigation culminated in the weekend arrest of 59-year-old Harmon “Danny” Fisher. Fisher, who was arrested on June 9th, is alleged to have sold marijuana on seven separate occasions to four different people, one of whom was under the age of 21 at the time of the sale. Fisher, who was convicted in 2008 in federal court for selling methamphetamine in Unalaska, is also suspected of having sold marijuana to other minors in the community.  Officers located approximately 3.5 pounds of marijuana in Fisher’s apartment after his arrest. The marijuana, of various strains including Blue Dream, Silver Velvet and Girls Scout Cookies, has a local street value of over $27,000. Fisher was charged with five felony and four misdemeanor counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance. His bail has been set at $5000. The inquiry is expected to continue as officers investigate possible violations of the Unalaska Code of Ordinances § 9.
