10/27/13 Sun 0152 Trespass – Officers issued a trespass advisement, per security, to a man no longer welcome on their property.
  
10/27/13 Sun 0214 DUI – Ysabel K. Santiago, 28 yoa, was arrested for Driving under the Influence after she was observed by both harbor and police officers committing a number of traffic violations.
  
10/27/13 Sun 0232 Liquor Law Violation – Brandon K. Rosa, of Unalaska, was charged with one count of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor after officers learned while serving a search warrant that he had provided a bottle of whiskey to an underage girl.
  
10/27/13 Sun 0727 Domestic Disturbance – Officers responded to a home at which a man had allegedly kicked out his girlfriend, who was with two other friends, one of whom may have been inhaling illegal drugs in the bathroom of the man’s residence. All persons were agitated, some were intoxicated, and after officers determined that no criminal charges would ensue this night they advised all parties to separate and try to resolve matters at some point after they’re sober again.

10/28/13 Mon 0957 Theft – Vehicle owner reported that sometime in the last four months approximately $1200 worth of dive and automotive gear was stolen from his van.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1142 Harassment – A recently fired employee has made threatening remarks about persons he believes are responsible for his being fired. An officer contacted the ex-employee and advised him that charges could be filed against him if this behavior continues.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1218 Traffic Crime – Security officers reported a vehicle was illegally parked at a bunkhouse, and was blocking access to the fuel tanks. They called back later and advised that the vehicle belongs to a patron.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1233 Trespass – Officer issued a trespass advisement at the request of a property manager to a man no longer welcome on their property.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1252 Trespass – Security officers called regarding a man who had sublet a bed from a tenant who has a monthly lease. An officer explained some of the issues surrounding landlord-tenant disputes, and provided some information regarding ways in which the company might address the presence of the unwanted guest.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1302 Assist Other Agency – Officer conducted a taxi meter inspection for DMV.

10/28/13 Mon 1443 Ambulance Request – EMS personnel provided care and transport for an elderly man with severe back pain.
  
10/28/13 Mon 1524 Impound – Business manager requested assistance impounding four vehicles left abandoned in their parking lot.

10/29/13 Tue 0741 Fire Response – An automated fire alarm was received at UDPS. A technician reported the alarm was due to equipment testing and not to any actual fire.

10/29/13 Tue 0900 Drunk Disturbance – Officer contacted an intoxicated patron at a local bar who challenged first another patron and then the officer to a fight. The obnoxious inebriate was advised to go back to his vessel before shore leave was cancelled for all his comrades.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1117 Traffic Crime – Clinic staff complained about a vehicle that is always parked in a section of the parking lot designated for staff only. The responding officer noted that there is no signage to that effect, but did advise the offending driver of the complaint.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1209 Assist Other Agency – Officer accompanied Office of Children’s Services agent on a home visit.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1251 Welfare Check – Officer contacted a woman who had a day earlier threatened to hurt herself and this day had not shown up for a medical appointment. The woman was found alive and well, and said she had no intention of harming herself.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1256 Assist Other Agency – Officers conducted a urinalysis on a felony probationer, per his probation officer. Clinton King was remanded to custody after the urine test showed positive results for methamphetamine and heroin.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1302 Drug Law Violation – A fisherman turned over to a store manager a baggie of what appeared to be marijuana, apparently found in a store aisle. An officer collected the marijuana for destruction.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1353 Fire Response – Fire and EMS personnel responded to an automated fire alarm.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1355 Assistance Rendered – Police responded to a fire scene, contacted a responsible party and learned the alarm had been caused by a cloud of dust.

10/29/13 Tue 1630 Drug Law Violation – Tonya Kukahiko-Schaff was arrested on one count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV following the discovery of a substantial quantity of methamphetamine and heroin in her residence, and the arrest of three of her housemates for distribution, possession and/or use of controlled substances.
  
10/29/13 Tue 1907 Animal – Dog bite.
  
10/30/13 Wed 0018 Theft – A fisherman reported that his vehicle, which looked nearly identical to the one he had earlier parked next to, had been stolen. Attempts to locate the stolen vehicle were unsuccessful but hours later the stolen vehicle had been returned and the identical one moved. No charges were filed.
  
10/30/13 Wed 115 Criminal Mischief – Housing manager reported that a man had ripped the wires from security cameras around a company housing complex. Under investigation.
  
10/30/13 Wed 1546 Subpoena – Officer served a subpoena for a criminal trial.
  
10/30/13 Wed 1605 Animal – A dog, left at a residence from which the mother had been arrested and the children removed, was taken into custody at UDPS.
  
10/30/13 Wed 1610 Subpoena - Officer served a subpoena for an administrative hearing.
  
10/30/13 Wed 1823 Criminal Mischief – A driver and passenger following what they thought was a road between Ski Bowl and Public Works found themselves unable to go either forward or backward and ultimately managed to get their vehicle stuck deep in the soft mud on the hillside. The property owner was advised of the damage.
  
10/31/13 Thu 0334 Criminal Mischief – Caller reported someone had broken his vehicle but refused to provide any additional information to the investigating officer and refused to meet with him to view the alleged damage. The caller was encouraged to call back later to arrange a meeting so the matter could be more fully investigated, but he failed to do so.
  
10/31/13 Thu 1057 MVA Damage – Caller reported minor damage to her parked vehicle, then called again to say that the other driver had contacted her and provided appropriate information about the accident.
  
10/31/13 Thu 1615 Summons – Officers served summonses on two people involved in a Child in Need of Aid case.

11/01/13 Fri 0152 Welfare Check – Caller asked officers to check on a woman who the caller had not seen or spoken to in three days, who was not answering the door at her residence and who he could see was not moving on her bed. Officers ultimately entered the residence and found the woman deceased.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0208 Death Investigation – Officers found a woman dead in her bed, of unknown causes, following a welfare check request by a friend. The scene was searched and witnesses contacted; no evidence of foul play was identified. Next of kin was notified.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0213 Ambulance Request – EMS personnel responded to a residence wherein a woman had been found dead. Emergency care was not required.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0417 Welfare Check – Officers responded to another residence after receiving a welfare check request, and found a woman despondent over the recent death of a friend. The woman had cut herself numerous times and was ultimately taken into protective custody.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0418 Ambulance Request – EMS personnel provided care and transport for a woman who had cut herself numerous times.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0523 PC Mental – A woman who had attempted suicide following the death of a friend was taken into protective custody.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0530 EMS Other Services – EMS personnel transported a body to the morgue.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0710 Assist Other Agency – Officers assisted USCG personnel with their investigation of a vessel grounding.
  
11/01/13 Fri 0807 Assistance Rendered – Patient in an alcohol treatment program requested information regarding breath tests.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1007 Ambulance Request – EMS personnel provided care and transport for a fisherman with a back injury.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1019 Summons – Officer served a summons to Brandon K. Rosa, of Unalaska, for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1151 Animal – A dog belonging to a recently deceased woman was taken into custody at UDPS.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1318 Subpoena - Officer served a subpoena for trial.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1329 Found Property – A bicycle, stolen three times and now recovered three times.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1615 Impound – Several vehicles abandoned at different docks were slated for impoundment and destruction.
  
11/01/13 Fri 1902 Taxi Violation – Officer ordered a taxi out of service for operating with only a single headlight.
  
11/01/13 Fri 2110 Assistance Rendered – Officer listened to a man complain about his former employer’s mistreatment of their employees.
  
11/01/13 Fri 2242 Liquor Law Violation – Officer advised a drunken bar patron that he was not allowed to remain on a licensed premise. The man left in a cab.
  
11/02/13 Sat 0059 Missing Person – A woman reported her intoxicated husband had been gone for several hours, a pattern of behavior that was unusual for him. After several hours of searching for the husband, an officer was able to contact him by phone. The husband was not in need of any assistance.
  
11/02/13 Sat 1034 Trespass – Officer advised a man, per company management, that he was no longer welcome on company property.
  
11/02/13 Sat 1258 Traffic Crime – Caller reported being nearly hit by a driver he believed might be intoxicated. An officer located the suspect driver, who displayed no signs of intoxication and denied having driven in a reckless manner.
  
11/02/13 Sat 1517 Suspicious Person/Activity – Caller asked officers to search her apartment because a recently arrested man had had access to it; the same man had also made statements to her that caused her some concern. Officers found nothing in the apartment to indicate the man had violated the woman’s privacy.
  
11/02/13 Sat 2318 Liquor Law Violation - Officer advised a drunken man that he was not allowed to enter any licensed premises.
