Supply Division
The Supply Division (SD) is responsible for maintaining inventory and shipping and receiving for all purchase orders. Mileage and hour tracking is performed on 153 pieces of equipment for preventive maintenance scheduling. The SD also maintains records of new and surplus equipment. The SD is responsible for registration and licensing of the City of Unalaska’s fleet. The SD processes work orders for capital projects, vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, roads, water, wastewater, solid waste, and electric Divisions. The SD is responsible for the approval of fuel and freight invoices to insure proper billing. This Division is comprised of a Supply Division Supervisor and three Storekeeper positions.
