User Fees
The Department of Parks, Culture, and Recreation (PCR) membership fees provide patrons with access to the Aquatic Center and Community Center. Membership fees at the PCR facilities are waived for patrons ages four and under and 55 and up and for enrolled students 18 and under at the Community Center.

Corporate Memberships
Corporate memberships are available for commercial fishing ships/boats, businesses, corporations, non-profits, etc. Advanced daily passes may be purchased at the corporate rate of $3.00 per person, per day. Corporate membership information may be obtained at the Community Center.
