The City of Unalaska (the City), Department of Public Utilities, Water Division, is requesting Proposals for
the DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM ANNUAL BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLY TESTING AND REPAIR ‐ 3‐YEAR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (the Work). The Work includes testing and certifying 62 backflow preventers on an annual basis with up to two (2) one‐year renewals and providing maintenance work and upgrades as necessary to maintain fully functional systems meeting regulatory requirements.
