INFORMATION AND RESOURCES

  • The City of Unalaska's Declaration of Emergency expired on 12/31/2021.
  • There are no Community Wide COVID Protective Measures in force.
  • Private businesses and organizations may have their own rules about wearing face coverings, social distancing and other protocols.
  • There are no travel restrictions into Unalaska / Dutch Harbor and no rules for testing or quarantine. Incoming travelers are encouraged to quarantine and monitor for illness after arrival; and to get tested if symptoms develop. Some employers may have their own COVID-19 protocols.
  • Visit the City's COVID-19 Data Hub for information about current case counts and wastewater surveillance testing.
  • The responsibility to practice protective measures rests on each individual. Everyone is encouraged to protect yourself, your family and the community. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus. Because the virus spreads easily person-to-person, protective measures are crucial so that the spread of disease can be reduced.
